• General Studies (Finance & Economics) The exam will have a total of 200 questions for 400 marks and the time allotted for the exam is 120 minutes. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Phase III consists of a Descriptive Paper which includes two sections: 

• Essay Writing 

• Letter/ Application/ Report Writing The exam will have a total of 100 marks and the time allotted for the exam is 60 minutes. 

Phase IV: 

Phase IV consists of a Computer Proficiency Test/ Skill Test which is conducted to test the candidate’s skills in Data Entry/ Word Processing/ Spreadsheet/ Presentation Software. 

The exam will have a total of 100 marks and the time allotted for the exam is 15 minutes.
