MLA meaning in Hindi:

MLA stands for Member of Legislative Assembly. It is a representative elected by the people of a constituency to the State Legislative Assembly. 

The MLA is responsible for representing the interests of his/her constituents in the state legislature. He/She debates various bills, motions, and other matters concerning the state. 

Hindi: एमएलए का पूरा रूप सदस्य विधानसभा के लिए है। यह एक विधायक है जो एक क्षेत्र के लोगों द्वारा चुने जाने के लिए निर्वाचित किया जाता है राज्य विधानसभा में। 

एमएलए उस क्षेत्र के दर्जनों की रुचियों को विधानसभा में प्रतिनिधित्व करने का जिम्मेदारी रखता है। उन्हें राज्य से संबंधित विधेयकों, मोशनों और अन्य मुद्दों पर बहस करनी होती है।

How to become MLA in India. भारत में एमएलए कैसे बनें 

1. सरकारी परीक्षाओं का उत्तीर्ण करना: आपको न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए और आपको भारतीय राजनीति के लिए आवश्यक सरकारी परीक्षाओं को उत्तीर्ण करना होगा। आपको स्थानीय राज्य में मुख्य निर्वाचन आयोग (EC) द्वारा आयोजित एमएलए निर्वाचनों में भाग लेना होगा। 

2. अपना पार्टी चुनें: सरकारी परीक्षाओं को उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद, आपको अपना पार्टी चुनने की आवश्यकता होगी। आप किसी भी पार्टी (राजनीतिक या सार्वजनिक) को जोड़ सकते हैं। 

अपने पार्टी नेताओं से संपर्क करके आपको उनसे अपने लक्ष्य को बताना होगा और उनसे आपको अपने चुनावी अभियान के लिए मदद करनी होगी। 

3. निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा अनुमोदित होना: आपको निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा अनुमोदित होना होगा। आपको अपने पार्टी द्वारा किसी निर्वाचन आयोग को सबमिट करने के लिए आवेदन करना होगा।

भारत में विधायकों के अतिरिक्त अन्य लाभ के रूप में, उनको अनुदान और पेंशन के रूप में विभिन्न अतिरिक्त लाभ मिलते हैं। 

विधायकों को सरकार द्वारा सुविधाओं के रूप में निर्माण और निर्माण के लिए वित्तीय सहायता की भी जानकारी दी जाती है। विधायकों को मुख्यमंत्रीगण के सदस्यों के रूप में अधिक क्षमताओं और अधिकारों का भी लाभ होता है।

भारत में किसी भी राज्य में MLA की संख्या राज्य के आकार और जनसंख्या के आधार पर विभिन्न हो सकती है। 

भारत के हर राज्य में किसी भी कार्यकारी आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित एक शुल्क द्वारा स्थापित होता है। उदाहरण के लिए, केरल में 140 विधायकों को निर्धारित करने के लिए एक शुल्क प्रयोग निर्धारित किया गया है
