—
Based on JoSAA 2024 Round 5 (final round) closing ranks from josaa.nic.in. A shortlist, not a guarantee.
The IIT Predictor compares your JEE Advanced rank against real JoSAA 2024 final-round closing ranks for every IIT branch you are eligible for. It accounts for your category, the female supernumerary pool and PwD status, then sorts the results into Safe, Target and Reach. IIT admission runs entirely on the JEE Advanced rank — for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, use the College Predictor with your JEE Main rank instead.
How to Use It
- Enter your JEE Advanced Common Rank List rank from your scorecard.
- Select your category, PwD status and gender.
- Optionally narrow to a branch, or leave it on “All branches”.
- Click Predict My IITs and read the Safe / Target / Reach list.
Reading the Result
- Safe — your rank is comfortably better than the 2024 closing rank.
- Target — your rank is close to the closing rank; realistic, list several.
- Reach — your rank is slightly beyond the 2024 closing rank; a long shot that can open in later rounds.
Cutoffs shift every year with paper difficulty and seat changes, so treat this as a serious shortlist and verify against the official JoSAA 2026 data once counselling begins on 2 June 2026.
